cSchool Bootcamp
Monday, November 12 • 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Cox Convention Center • Oklahoma City

Attendees from past Forums have requested more in-depth practical “how-to” tools and we have listened! Creative Oklahoma presents the “cSchool Bootcamp” on Monday, November 12th, which includes four 90-minute intensive classes taught by Creative Oklahoma’s Experts in Residence. The Experts in Residence are academicians and practitioners of creativity and innovation from Oklahoma who have formed a teaching cadre for the new program.

Tuition is only $295 and you’ll automatically be registered for the State of Creativity Forum as well. Don’t delay – only 250 cSchool Bootcamp slots are available!


Ambassadors Gala

Oklahoma is home to some of the most creative, inventive, and innovative people in the world and we are fortunate to have so many accomplished individuals throughout the world making creative contributions in a variety of scientific, educational, and entrepreneurial fields.

In 2008, Creative Oklahoma began saluting Oklahomans who have achieved national or international attention for their creative accomplishments. These individuals have been given the distinction of “Creativity Ambassadors” from the Governor of the State of Oklahoma.

Creativity Ambassadors will be honored at an exclusive and intimate evening gala at the Civic Center’s Meinders Hall of Mirrors in downtown Oklahoma City on Tuesday, November 12th Proceeds directly support the Oklahoma ArtScience Prize, a project of Creative Oklahoma.

National Creativity Network’s NODE Meeting
Monday, November 12 • 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
Ronald J. Norick Downtown Library, “Friends of the Library Room” on the 4th floor • Oklahoma City

The National Creativity Network (NCN) hosts the inaugural NODE meeting. Attendees are invited to bring their most exciting opportunity or challenging problem and tap into the power of the NCN. Those who are part of the transformation taking place across North America and involved with the NCN will be able to provide advice for those in attendance.  People will also be asked to share their expertise with the others who are gathered.  It will be a lively, energetic, and productive afternoon.  It may even be transformational!

The official State of Creativity After Party takes place Tuesday, November 13th in downtown Oklahoma City at the Civic Center’s Hall of Mirrors. IgniteOKC is a networking event that connects people of diverse backgrounds. From techies to non-profits to entrepreneurs, there’s something to learn and share for everyone. Presenters will have 5-minutes and 20 slides that keep advancing. Join local innovators, and spark new interests!


Gregg Fraley Post-Forum Workshop: “Innovation: Roadmap for Success”

Join Gregg Fraley (author of Jack’s Notebook and Chief Solver of Kiln Ideas, Ltd.) for a hands-on experience that will consist of participants creating a working and directly usable innovation plan for their organization.  For start-up entrepreneurs, or individuals, it will serve as a stimulus for new business ideas, and will serve as a workshop for think about what, and how, they can innovate in the marketplace.  All participants will learn new tools, techniques, and strategies for innovation planning and implementation.

The day-long workshop is $250 per person. Intimate, small class environment.
